This is not a problem. Windows® is not the most secure operating system so breaking into it in order to correct this issue is a fairly simple task for us to accomplish. Click here if that statement concerns you.

Even though it is a simple procedure to reset your password, this is not a service that we can provide remotely. We'll need to have physical access to your computer. We can reset any user password or the administrator password.

As for Windows® programs like Outlook, Quicken and others we can crack them too.

Sometimes you just need to discover a password that is locked behind those little astericks or dots. We can do this too.
