Unfortunately this too is a fairly common complaint. The causes are generally one of two possibilities. Suffice it to say there are two possible solutions.

Solution #1 / First Hour $45.00 - Additional Hours $15.00

Solution #1 is simple and generally takes about an hour* to complete. During this effort we'll start by creating a complete backup image of your entire hard drive to insure your personal data is safe. From there we'll perform drive diagnostics that 85% of the time will correct the problem.

Solution #1 costs $45.00 for the first hour and $15.00 for each additional hour. If you have a "newer" computer that meets the standards listed below then chances are your service will take less than an hour.

• Able to start from CD ROM and USB Device.
• At least one USB 2.0 Port active at start up.

For the purpose of this service an "older" computer meets the bare minimum requirements listed below and can take up to 4 hours to complete.

• Able to start from CD ROM.
• At least one USB 1.0 Port active at start up.

Solution #2 / Flat fee $75.00

Solution #2 is a essentially a computer rebuild. As always before we begin we'll create a complete backup of your entire hard drive to insure your personal data is safe. Next we'll reinstall Windows® and all your programs and finally we'll restore all your Documents, Pictures, Music, Favorites, Email, Quicken Files and any other file you may need to their original locations.

If you have a "newer" computer this service takes about 3 hours to complete. As defined above, with an "older" computer this service may take up to 5 hours to complete.
